REFUNDS & RETURNS

 

It is important to us that you are totally happy with the purchase of any product in our online store (*excludes HEX GS-911 and accessories). If you are not, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a refund, subject to meeting the criteria as set out in our refund policy below.**

· You will be eligible for a refund if the item is returned to us and after our inspection we are able to confirm that it was not used and is still in resalable condition.

· To start a return, send us an email to info@advmotorcycleparts.com with your invoice number and a short message with the reason for your return.

· We will aim to respond to your mail as soon as we can with steps on how to complete your return.

· Please note that it may take a while for your return to be completed, as the item needs to be returned to us before we can inspect it.

· Also note that any return shipping charges will be for your account. Returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Once we have inspected the returned item to our satisfaction, we will issue the refund to your original method of payment. Regrettably, we do not issue refunds for any shipping costs, either incurred during the original purchase or during the return of the goods to us.Depending on your bank, it may take up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

 If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping costs will be for the person returning the item.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 
Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

*HEX units and accessories can only be returned or exchanged by HEX directly.
