Shipping policy


Please note that your order is really important to us, and we will try our best to deliver your order in a reasonable and timely manner.

Our warehouse is located in Summerland, British Columbia, Canada. All our orders ship from here using Canada Post and your order should ship within 2-3 business days after we receive your payment. You may have the option during checkout to select from various shipping services with different carriers which incurs different costs, if available. 

REGUALR SEASONS
Orders received on Fridays after 1pm PST, or during a Saturday or Sunday, will only be fulfilled the following Monday and then ship within 2-3 business days.
Holiday orders are shipped the following week.

OFF SEASON
Off season shipping is done weekly. Likely on Friday.

The above times are calculated using business days and do not include weekends or holidays. Once your product has shipped, we will use your email address provided to send you the tracking information for your package

Although we do what we can within reasons to anticipate high volume shipping times, holidays off-hours, postal disputes and natural disaster that may interrupt shipping along your route, we are ultimately not responsible for any delay in shipping that may occur. We will do what we can to locate and/or learn the status of your packages and ensure it's safety until it is delivered to its final destination.
We do not offer refunds for packages stuck in transit for the reasons listed above, or otherwise. 

U.S. & International Shipping Terms & Conditions

For orders outside of Canada, any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees that may become due during the shipping process or at the time of delivery, will be for the sole responsibility of the purchaser / addressee / recipient.
Please be aware that all orders are now subject to some kind of import duties.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser / addressee / recipient to be aware of the potential cost of these import duties, taxes and brokerage fees - especially in lieu of the changes that are being implemented under the emergency economic powers granted by the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA), in the U.S., which changes the value of goods entering the country before formal entry processing is required. (Recently changed from $2500 USD to $800 USD). If your order exceeds $800 USD, it may be beneficial to split the order into 2 separate orders shipped separately to avoid these processes, which could be lengthier and costlier in the end that 2 traditionally cleared packages. We leave this decision to the purchaser / addressee / recipient.

Please note, we cannot mark any packing slips as a "gift" or “sample” with altered prices.

For international shipping, all standard shipping policies regarding lead time and availability still apply.
